This is a particular design of a summer residence within the site of a luxurious hotel in Halkidiki.
It is subterranean compact house, yet it has all the comforts of a hotel suite.
Its access is via a “secret” spot behind the hotel’s small chapel. One is submerged from the top into a courtyard and upon entering the house, there is a large opening facing the magnificent view of the Agio Oros gulf. The view is even more enjoyable on the small projecting balcony.
The project was delivered with the collaboration of 3Sk Stylianidis Architects in 2003.
