Stylianidis Hatziyiannakis Architects is the result of a lasting relationship between architects Antonis Stylianidis, Vassia Stylianidi and Nic Hatziyiannakis. Antonis is the founder partner of 3SK Architects and has been at the forefront or architecture and in particular, in the design of hospitality projects in Greece for the last 50 years.
Nic Hatziyiannakis having studied abroad created the architectural firm WOBI whom had been working closely with 3SK Architects and in particular Antonis Stylianidis over the last 20 years.
Their combined passion and energy is seen throughout their designs and have joined forces bringing the years of experience of Antonis Stylianidis with the fresh direction of Vassia Stylianidi and Nic Hatziyiannakis creating a new firm for the next generation.
They are supported by team of award winning architectural and interior designers.

Antonis Stylianidis

He studied architecture at the Berlin Technische University, graduating in 1964.
He worked for a number of architectural practices in Europe and subsequently at the office of Walter Gropius in Boston, USA, in 1966. He returned to Athens in 1968 and started the practice the following year.
Antonis has worked endlessly and charismatically in all fields of design.
His work is methodical and comprises of a long list of hotels, residential projects, masterplaning, education and business buildings or complexes. He has supervised countless projects from inception to completion. Many of the projects he has been involved with have gained design and architectural awards.
Some of the notable projects include:
Blue Palace Resort and Spa, Daios Cove Luxury Resort and Villas, Daios Luxury Living, GDM Megaron Fytaki, Village Heights, Agapi Beach, Creta Palace, Galaxy Hotel, Koutouloufari Village all the above in Crete. Also Eagles Villasm Makedonia Palace renovation and Bristol Capsis renovation in Thessaloniki, Hydrama Grand Hotel, Amathus Rhodian and Sheraton Rhodes renovations in Rhodes, Xenia-Elivi Hotel Skiathos.

He studied architecture at the Berlin Technische University, graduating in 1964.

He studied architecture at University of Western Australia, Perth.
He has worked extensively abroad both in London and Australia where he is also a registered architect. He has collaborated with Antonis Stylianidis
since 2002 for many years and has gained trust in design and
construction management.
As a registered architect also in Australia, he has many years’ experience abroad which he brings to the office. He mobilises the project teams swiftly and efficiently pre-empting the needs for the client and the project from the initial phase.
He has vast construction knowledge and is able to move from concept at large scale to details on site. His managerial skills are exceptional and some of his works in Greece include: Scorpios Island Private Resort, Cayo Boutique Hotel and Spa – Elounda Crete, Design of 793 bed 5* hotel at Elounda Bay – Crete, Myconos Luxury Hotel.

She studied architecture at KIAD, Canterbury (1994-97) and at the University of Westminster- London, graduating in 2000. She collaborated with a London-based architectural practice for one year and worked in Perth Australia for two years. She joined 3SK Stylianidis Architects in 2001 and had been one of the partners of the company.
Vassia has been involved in a variety of projects, in the hospitality field. She has a proven track record in Interior Design winning multiple awards for the office. She is excellent in working with varied team members and has a great ability of delivering unique yet project specific interiors with great attention to detail understanding issues of time cost and delivery. She has been involved with small to large projects across all sectors from project inception to project completion; some of the projects include: Hydrama Grand Hotel, Daios Cove, Excelsior Hotel, New Hotel.
